Jerry Friedman, Chairman & CEO
President Marvin Land Systems
Jerry is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Marvin Group, which he owns and operated with his partner of 45 years, Marvin Gussman.

Jerry is actively involved in community affairs and has been mentoring and sponsoring disadvantaged youths in tennis for the past twenty years. He is involved in numerous charities including sponsorship of a classroom for the State of California Junior College system where it received the award of “Best Classroom in the State” for their state-of-the-art technology utilizing CAD-CAM systems in coordination with IBM.

Howard Gussman, President of The Marvin Group
Howard is the President of Marvin Engineering Co., Inc. and The Marvin Group. Mr. Gussman was appointed to his current position in November of 2008.

A 25-year Marvin Engineering Company veteran, Mr. Gussman has extensive experience overseeing business performance and strategic growth initiatives at the Los Angeles-based company as well as overseeing enterprise-wide efforts to continuously improve productivity and competitiveness of the business.

John Cave, President – Aerospace Dynamics International
John is responsible for coordinating the overall operations and direction of ADI. He has successfully been employed in this executive capacity for a multiple of aerospace companies over the past thirty years.

John’s Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Management experience have facilitated the substantial growth ADI has experienced over the last ten years. His hands-on involvement in the day-to-day operations permits him to maintain in-depth knowledge of all customer programs and ADI management activities.

Loofie Gutterman, President – Geotest - Marvin Test Systems
As a co-founder of Marvin Test Systems in 1988, Loofie has served in several executive positions with the company since 1997. With over 25 years experience in developing, integrating and promoting test products and systems, Loofie’s experience and background has helped Marvin Test Systems grow from a small start-up in 1988 to a world leader in test equipment.

Loofie has played a significant role in technology and standards development and was elected as President of the PXI Systems Alliance in 2004 and has been a key agent in the development and popularization of PXI in recent years.

Oded Nechustan, President – Flyer Defense LLC
Oded has led Flyer Defense, LLC since its inception more than 10 years ago. Before coming to the United States, Oded served with a foreign military’s Special Forces for 15 years. During his service he developed a desire and expertise to build a superior military fighting vehicle.

Oded joined The Marvin Group in 1999 and since then has directed Flyer Defense in designing, building, testing, production and fielding of high-mobility, off-road vehicles. He is the driving force in vehicle modernization and upgrades and new business development.
