Working hand in hand with our manufacturing, programming and program management teams as well as the customer, we challenge ourselves to bring the smartest, most cost effective methodologies to the manufacture of the highly complex products produced here at ADI. Our wealth of experience and expertise in tool design, manufacturing and planning engineering are a valuable resource to our organization.

Programming

Today, the possibilities in N/C machining have no boundaries. The programming organization at ADI is acknowledged as a world-class team of engineers with the capability to develop the exacting programs for the most complex 5 and 6 axis parts. With extensive knowledge in Catia and Unigraphics the ADI staff are working with the latest modules, implementing the most sophisticated techniques to reduce run time and yield a precision part at the lowest possible cost. To be sure that every program will function as intended, each one is verified through a comprehensive Vericut analysis to insure that the program will exactly match the design intent.
