Program Management

Aerospace Dynamics International has a Program Management Organization (PMO) staffed with skilled professionals fully empowered with the necessary administrative authority to ensure that all of the Customer’s requirements are fully met. Each project is assigned a program manager who, along with their support staff, are fully responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met with respect to cost, quality and schedule.

Additionally each program manager develops and utilizes, in conjunction with the Customer’s standard reporting systems, all of the necessary communication tools and metrics to secure the success of the program.
