Training

Aerospace Dynamics’ focus on improvement begins with our employees and the community. ADI has formed a learning partnership with industry primes, local businesses and our community college system for the conduct of an on-site, manufacturing certification program.

The Center for Applied Technologies (CAT) has been instrumental in expanding educational opportunities within our community, in addition to affording ADI the opportunity to provide continuous training throughout key process positions within our organization. Through this learning center, we provide advanced learning opportunities with Catia, and Unigraphics engineering design software systems. The school also provides training in office automation, advanced machine shop skills, reverse engineering, solid prototyping, milling instruction and a broad spectrum of Lean Manufacturing techniques. This commitment to a better-trained organization is shaping a highly trained technical and professional workforce.

The State of California has recognized ADI as a world-class industrial educational leader by honoring us with the Chancellor’s and Partnership Awards for our commitment to our employees, community and customers.
